Thompson Suffered Injury in Game 6 of NBA Finals
Golden State Warriors shooting guard Klay Thompson has been placed on the injury report for Sunday's game against the Toronto Raptors due to a torn left anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), according to the team.
Thompson suffered the injury during the third quarter of the Warriors' Game 6 loss to the Raptors in the NBA Finals on Thursday night. He was attempting to defend a drive by Raptors forward Kawhi Leonard when he landed awkwardly and went down in pain.
